There are many great reasons to store with us:
Buildings. All of our buildings are brick and masonry construction. More solid than the typical metal storage building, and built to protect your property against the heat of the summer sun. Our rubber roofs and raised concrete floors keep rain and surface water away.
Lights. Drive through out facilities at night. You'll see that our bright lights are designed with security in mind.
Locks. The self storage industry no longer recommends padlocks to secure doors on outdoor storage units. We're following their advice. All our new West Towne and Verona Road self storage customers now use cylinder locks. They are more secure, and easier to use than padlocks.
Clean. Our customers comment on the cleanliness of our facilities. So do professional movers. These are the guys that have unloaded trucks at all the self storage businesses in town. Our facilities are clean.
Customer service. This is our day job. We're full-time professionals - we run a tight ship. We're reliable, prompt and have the knowledge to make your storage experience uncomplicated and stress-free. By the way, we work evenings and weekends, too!
Climate Control. Our West Washington facility now offers climate controlled units ranging in size from 5'x 5' to 10'x 14'. Consider a climate-controlled space for items such as: leather furniture, musical equipment, pianos, crystal/glassware, books, electronic equipment, computers, fine linens and clothing, mattresses, business files/records, oil paintings, pharmaceutical products and cleaning supplies.
Short Vacancy Notice. Our customers don't always know their plans 30 days in advance. Sometimes moving dates change and closing dates are re-scheduled. To give our customers flexibility, we require only a 10-day vacate notice. Most facilities require a 30-day notice.
