Storage Unit Size Guide
Below is a table of our storage unit sizes. The sizes represent the approximate floor area in feet. The height of the storage units are room height or taller. There are NO stairs to climb to access your storage unit.
If you find it difficult to estimate the amount of space you need, consider the following comparisons:
- 5 x 5 is like a closet or half bathroom
- 5 x 10 is like a walk-in closet, or pickup truck/cargo van
- 10 x 10 is like an average size bedroom
- 10 x 20 is like a single car garage or a 20′ moving van
TIP: To help visualize the size of the storage units, try measuring a room in your own home or apartment. Click HERE for a table of standard furniture dimensions.

It’s important to note that the unit sizes are approximate and for comparison purposes only. One reason for this is that the wall thickness varies at each location and will affect the inside dimensions of the storage space. We do not rent units by the square foot, and our rental rates are not based on square-foot measurements.
