• Online Payment — We accept online credit card, debit card and ACH payments. You can select individual or automatic monthly payments. We will always email receipts to you and can email invoices, if requested. The payment system gives you control of starting/stopping/changing payment methods.
• Free Cylinder Lock —We provide a free cylinder lock to our customers. The lock actually fits inside the latch, so it can’t be cut with a bolt cutter. They’re less likely to rust or freeze up in the winter compared to disk or padlocks.
• New Watertight Roof — In 2013, we installed an extremely durable, watertight roofing system on each building, backed by a 15-year warranty. Its white, reflective surface also reduces urban heat pollution.
• Top Notch Snow Removal
• Fair Price Guarantee — We guarantee your storage rental rate for 12 months. Some storage operators raise their customer’s rates several times a year.
• Regular Security Inspections
• Short Vacancy Notice — Our rental agreements renew on the 1st of each month. For non-renewal, we need written notice only 10 days before the 1st. Many facilities require a 30 day notice.
• Clean — Every storage unit is swept clean before you move in.

Flexible Appointments — We meet customers at our storage facility most anytime, including evenings and weekends. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
